How do I register for the conference and the events?

 

Registration for this conference is in advance of the event, and is now closed.

I have forgotten my log in details and the password reset isn't working

 

Sometimes people have trouble with the password reset emails getting to their inbox. Please check all your email subfolders (including junk). We recommend that you log in before the conference to check that your details are correct. If you have issues accessing the website on the day of the conference then you can still access the talks and workshops using the zoom links that will be sent to you by email before the conference.

And please feel free to get in touch with any questions. Just be aware that on the days of the conference our technical support might be very busy and unable to deal with queries quickly.

I have not received a confirmation email after registering for the conference

When you register for the conference you would usually receive a confirmation email from 

no-reply@automations.ascendbywix.com

If this email is sent to your junk folder, or if you receive no email confirmation, you can check that your registration has gone through by clicking on delegate only webpages. These include the conference webpage and then events sign up webpages.

Or, you can try to register again until the same membership (i.e. student or staff), and if you are registered the conference will not let you register twice.
